Meet Erica

Erica joined the Olivier Group in 2020, bringing her varied work experience and more importantly, her warm and welcoming disposition.  She has already made her mark as our director of first impressions.  Erica graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources.

Erica is the proud mom of “three of the best children on the planet” ranging in age from 7 to 14.  That would be more than enough for most people, but Erica is also part-owner of BEE’s Sno Balls, a mobile snowball business.

Outside the office, when she’s not hanging out playing boardgames with her children, Erica enjoys writing, reading and watching movies.
